First I want to say, that this Anaconda Launcher isn't based

on GCOS or tmbinc's IPL replacement. It doesn't include

anything from timbincs IPL replacement but it does include

the Cobra03 drivecode provided by Shadowsan from GCOS1.4.

 

So perhaps this launcher has different effects on Anaconda

than GCOS or Fogbank's skinned Anaconda. Please give it a try.

 

 

Features:

---------

 

- PAL50/PAL60/NTSC selection

If the original or the backup doesn't set the videomode

automatically, you can force your desired videomode but

it's always your best option to run a game in it's native

mode: PAL50 for European/Australian PAL games and NTSC for

US and Japanese games.

 

- vsynched doublebuffering (perhaps this helps some games which

don't setup their videomode automatically)

 

- dvd-rom motor stops at startup to use different bootdiscs or

boot originals (perhaps regionfree)

 

- Swapdelayhack by Fogbank (a bit shorter than his original)

 

- Drivecode Selection:

* Cobra04 - for "8" drives and perhaps some other drives

* Cobra03 - propably for all other drives (by Shadowsan)

* none - to boot original games (perhaps region free)

 

- nice visuals

- sdload.bin for SD cards

- main2.c is the sourcecode, render.c is included

because it has been modified.

..on a PAL Cube DOL 001, without lasertweak on Memorex

Pocket (ritekg04) MiniDVDs.
